PROSTHESIS CLINIC

Having a prosthesis does not mean that you will pay less attention to your oral hygiene and care. Conversely, going to your dentist regularly will increase the life of your prostheses and protect your oral health.

What is Prosthesis?
All artificial formations that replace the aesthetic and functional needs of the individuals, which are replaced in the mouth for various reasons, or the missing teeth, are the prosthesis. In general, tooth loss may occur as a result of not treating gum disease. In addition, some accidents result in tooth losses. Therefore, replacement of lost teeth, functional and aesthetically healthy teeth should be made with the same dentures as the teeth.

What is the Purpose of Dental Prosthesis?

While trying to regain the lost functions of the patient in the prosthesis, it is also aimed to correct the deteriorated speech and to improve the aesthetic appearance. In this way, it is ensured that the individuals who are forced to live with missing or devastated teeth in the society are supported in a psychological way. This is because individuals who have to continue their lives (albeit for a while) will forget to laugh first. In addition to functional disorders, this causes self-confidence in people. It is aimed to improve the quality of life of people with various prostheses.
